About the event
What We Do During Outreach
We provide on-foot harm reduction outreach to unhoused and drug-using people across Hamilton, Ontario.
Our team walks through overdose hot spots, homeless encampments, and high-need areas including downtown Hamilton and the Allegheny Ross / Allac Ross area, meeting people where they are — no judgment, no conditions.
During outreach, we:
Distribute harm reduction supplies (safer use gear, naloxone/Narcan, condoms)
Provide food, water, and survival supplies (seasonal clothing, hygiene items, basic necessities)
